Fetching Companions -
Fetching Companions retriever rescue (FCRR) is an all-volunteer, nonprofit, Southern California organization dedicated to rescuing, fostering and rehoming homeless retrieving breeds. We specialize in Labrador Retrievers, but will take in other retrieving breeds from time to time, including Golden and Flatcoat Retrievers, as well as the occasional mixed breed Retriever.

Labrador Rescuers:
Labrador Rescuers was established to rescue, rehabilitate and re-home stray, abandoned or unwanted Labrador Retrievers into loving and caring homes that will provide our labs a place to lay their heads in dignity for the rest of their lives.

The Mutt Scouts -
Where many rescue groups are breed specific, we are not. Where you will find others that only will accept cute and immediately place-able dogs, you will not find us. To be sure, we have our share of adorable dogs and plenitude of puppies, but we do not shy away from the extra special animal that may take more nurturing, more care and often more time before they are ready to join their new families.

FOCAS - FOCAS stands for Friends of County Animal Shelters. FOCAS exists primarily to encourage a strong adoption program for animals impounded in the three shelters operated by the County of San Diego Department of Animal Services.

Retrievers & Friends of Southern California
